While old advice may have told you that salt was the only way to remove a red wine stain, there is a better way that doesn’t involve faith and experimenting. Watch our step by step guide on how to get rid of red wine stains from clothing, or read the instructions below.
Removing red wine stains
Pour Dynamo Power Gel directly onto the stain, enough to completely cover it, and leave it to penetrate the stain for about 1 minute. You can pour from either the bottle or the cap.
Without washing off the detergent, place the garment into the washing machine with other items. Leaving the detergent on the stain will boost your wash performance.
The cap is also a dosing device. Just fill it with the correct dose of detergent and then pour the detergent into the washing machine from the cap. The correct dose is 45 ml for 15-20 pieces of clothing and 65 ml for larger loads.
Wash with the usual cycle, at the highest indicated temperature. Always make sure to follow the instructions on the garment’s care label.
After the wash cycle is complete, unload the garments immediately.
